2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed. We accept the following payment methods: *Credit/Debit Cards: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. *Bank Transfers: Bank details will be provided upon request. Full payment is required 48 hours before the service date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our customer service line +32470723750. Refunds will be issued as follows: Up to 24 h before the service: Full refund. Less than 24 h before the service: 50% refund . Less than 12 hours before the service: No refund. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown). 4. Service Duration and Overtime

The agreed service duration is specified in the booking confirmation. Additional time beyond the booked period will be charged .

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must respect the driver and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the limousine. Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle will be charged to the client.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booked service..
